Taste

Had Sashimi mix and Sushi variation (both highly recommended). The quality was incredible and as we learned from the Restaurant Manager the fish was directly imported from Japan. Almost never had such a delicous salmon sashimi. Definitely one of the best Sushi restaurants in Munich. They also offer BIO Beer.

Location

A amazing restaurant located between Türkenstr. and Amalienstr. in the Amalienpassage. The location is in the middle of the pulsing Univiertel Maxvorstadt. Best to take the Subway (Universität) or Taxi to this place as parking is difficult in that area.

Atmosphere

Feels a little bit like sitting in Japan. Minimalistic japanese interior. Traditional tables and sitting on the floor guarantees that your are remembering that place.

Service

Courteous service and even the restaurant manager looks after the guests. As a guest, you are held in high esteem. We trusted in the recommendations and very highly satisfied.

Price

On the higher end. You receive high level quality which come with a price. Maki/Sushi Menu available as well. Price per person minimum 40 EUR. Beer (0,5L) for 5,30 EUR.

Date suitability

Good spot for a date. Exploring the best sushi in the city bonds together and you experience an unforgettable evening. A restaurant to impress your date who loves sushi.

Wine selection

Approx. 6 white wines and 3 red wines offerd but the focus is definetly on the huge Sake collection, which makes sense because Sushi matches better with Sake or White wines. For Sake experts you can get everyting you like. For beginners we recommend to try the Sake Tasting for 20 EUR.
